Volunteer Mystery Shopper - HVC 1994

Havens Hospices

Our shops help us raise money for our Hospices that provides specialist care and support to adults and children living with complex or incurable conditions.

We’re looking for volunteers to provide honest, constructive and confidential feedback on the shopping experience within our stores. This will include making a purchase and donating items to the shop.

As a volunteer Mystery Shopper, you will help us ensure our charity shops are providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards and creating positive shopping experiences. By visiting our shops anonymously and completing a short questionnaire, you’ll provide valuable feedback to help us improve and celebrate what we are doing well.

This is a flexible role, which will require viewing shops on an ad-hoc basis. We are asking volunteers to commit to visiting at least 4 shops every six months. We also require 2 references.

  • Honest and objective when providing feedback
  • Reliable with good communication skills
  • Respectful of confidentiality
  • Able to work independently and travel locally

This roles take place in the following locations: - Basildon, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Clacton, Collier Row, Corringham, Dagenham, Grays, Great Baddow, Hornchurch, Maldon, South Woodham Ferrers, Stanford Le Hope and Witham.
