What skills do I need?

We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences. Whether you’re an experienced leader or taking your first step into governance, what matters most is your commitment to our mission.

- Community development

- Finance or fundraising

- HR or organisational development

- Marketing, communications or digital

- Charity governance
