Are you caring and compassionate ? Could you give one to one support to our members with specific needs ?

The Blue T's are a friendly group of diverse individuals who volunteer and support our members, the Artistic Director, Choreographer and SEN Inclusion Officer in sessions and performances.

They work together to ensure that members are able to fully participate in all areas of the performing arts in line with our inclusive ethos.

Our members are aged between 7 - 17 years along with an adult's group 18+

What skills do I need?


We are looking for enthusiastic and and compassionate volunteers who would like to work with children/adults with disabilities. You will be able to assist and take part in dance, drama, singing and games - no previous experience is necessary..

You will need a good level of fitness as you will be taking part in dance and games with our members.

You will also have a keen interest in working with children/adults who are on the autistic spectrum/wheelchair user/downs syndrome.

We ask Blue T's to commit to a minimum of 1 evening a week term-time only. We welcome Blue T's working on more than 1 evening if available. Each evening our members work towards a yearly performance of which we ask for your commitment to support the performance by attending a 5 hour rehearsal session and 5 hours on show day
